Cashio’s Mobile Catering specializes in the disaster relief catering business, having catered emergency response for over 14 years. Working with Entergy, Progress Energy, Base Logistics and FEMA, we have catered boxed lunches to small sites of 35 people up to super sites of 2000 people throughout the Southeast, often with several sites being catered at one time. Our success is built by our ability to quickly and effectively depart crews and our level of commitment to our disaster relief customers. In addition to catering experience, we also have extensive knowledge of the exact requirements of running an effective logistic site. Our vast experience combined with flavorful food and Cajun hospitality brings a level of food service that is unmatched in disaster relief catering.
